Mark H. Heisa is a lifetime resident with over twenty-nine (29) years experience as a practicing attorney in Portage County, Ohio. (Also available for Summit, Trumbull, and Mahoning Counties).
Mr. Heisa is a graduate of Southeast High School, Portage County, Ohio (1967) and Kent State University (1972), receiving his doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree (J.D.) from the University of Akron, College of Law in 1977.
